    Satandard cut 1/4 beef will get you:
    2- arm roast, 5-chuck roast or (10 chuck steaks), 6-7 ribeyes, 7-8 t-bones, 4-5 sirloin steaks, 3-4 top round steaks, 3-4 pkgs of cube steaks, aprox 55-65 lbs of burger, 3-racks of short ribs, 4 pkgs of soup bones & 2 boneless roast.

     This is where you get your HAND CUT TO ORDER STEAKS!  Yes, each steak is cut while you wait, no pre cut steaks unless your looking for our local raised, dry aged beef or local raised pork that is flash frozen the day we cut it. 
We also have beef or turkey jerky & many flavors of snack sticks, dried beef, BACON & more.
Big Dogs, brats, local raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb, rabbits,
                      Retail store in down town Nevis is  CLOSED!  You will need to go to the locker plant for the summer.
